SMS’s Annual Training Programs Kick-Off For The Season

We got a jump start in the beginning of October by holding our annual training programs. There are several days of training throughout the month both during the workweek and weekends. The groups are divided amongst their snow services. Meetings are held with the plow drivers, large equipment operators as well as chemical drivers separately. The training takes place the majority of the month in conjunction with creation of pre-season site maps and staking of properties.
